An appellation is the geographic area in which wine grapes are grown - and our B&B overlooks some of the most picturesque vineyards in Kelowna! Appellation View is nestled amidst the wineries of West Kelowna, BC, and is only 10 minutes from Kelowna's downtown core.
Located on the slope of Mt. Boucherie, our guests will experience beautiful views of Lake Okanagan and the surrounding mountains. Use our B&B as your home base while you enjoy all of the activities that Kelowna has to offer including fine dining, winery visits, hiking, biking, water sports, golf, and more!

Wineries Tour
Appellation View is conveniently located on the Westside Wine Trail with easy access to over 11 wineries. Or choose to explore some of the best wineries the Okanagan Valley has to offer in Kelowna, Oliver, and Osoyoos.
Golf
With it's diverse landscape and more sunshine per year than any other region in Canada, the Okanagan Valley boasts a spectrum of golf courses that are second to none!
Bicycle the Historical Kettle Valley Railway
Ride over the trestles and through the tunnels of the historical railway originally built between 1912 and 1924. This ride provides spectacular views of Okanagan Lake and Myra Canyon.
Beaches
With over 30 beaches in the area, it may be hard to choose just one! To help, here is a list of 5 of the most popular beaches in Kelowna: Hot Sands Beach, Boyce-Gyro Beach, Rotary Beach, Sarson's Beach, and Strathcona Park.
Downtown Kelowna
10 minute drive from Appellation View to the downtown core of Kelowna where you can visit locally-owned restaurants and shops. Or take a stroll along the Waterfront Boardwalk where you can stop at the Hot Sands Beach for a quick dip
Regional & Provincial Parks
Hike the trails, visit the beaches, or explore the forests of the local parks. To name just a few - Rose Valley Regional Park, Okanagan Mountain Provincial Park, Kalamoir Park, and Trepanier Park.
